Bellamy was commissioned by Helen Howie of BBC Publications to produce 9 images. The eight below were published with one presumably rejected based on space restrictions - music notations taking a fixed amount of space!

One wonders if he negiotiated according to the size of the illustrations, but more likely he had a fixed sum for the whole commission
