FRANK BELLAMY - ADVERTISING & MEDIA

INTRODUCTION
Wall Wonderman
(from Look and Learn #381 (3 May 1969)
Frank worked, with "no formal art training", as he said himself, , in Blamire's Studio in Kettering, from 1933 to 1939 before his National Service. He created many cinema advertising boards and advertisements for his local paper, before spreading his wings in national comics and magazines on his return from the Army. After his long stretch on comic strips he again turned to a profitable area of his past, advertising. Things moved on and he created full colour brochures, posters, point-of-sale material and even drawings for TV animated advertising.

FRANK BELLAMY MEDIA

INTRODUCTION
